The last will and testament of Joseph Volz, deceased, has been filed for probate. The instrument is dated Dec. 31, 1894. In it he provides that all of his just debts be paid and a suitable epitaph be placed on the family monument in St. Marguerite's cemetery.
To each of his children, Ellen Rocholl, George F. Volz, Charles Volz, Frederick Volz, May M. Volz and Margaret Volz he bequeaths the sum of $50. The other children have had advances which these bequests are intended to offset.
All the rest of his estate is to be divided among his nine children share and share alike. Joseph F. Volz, D. W. Ryan and George F. Volz are named as executors without bond.
