found, official birth certificate

I have in my possession an official birth certificate with stamped seal of the above named Martin, DOB 01/05/1963. The mother's maiden name is listed as Ronda Lee Bretz and father's name as Michael John Martin. On the back of the birth record is Simone's ss#, height, weight, hair and eye color, I beleive written in her own hand. It is my intention to return this birth record to its rightful owner as I would not want to see it wind up in the wrong hands. Since my search is somewhat limited, I am hoping that there is a possibility you may be able to find this person and let me know how I may contact her. I appreciate any help that you can provide.
