I looked and Ron is not listed in the Birth Records in Sac County. Sometimes they were missed when putting the entries in. It would be a good idea if he checks to make sure he has his birth certificate so that when the time comes he wants Social Security he doesn't have to go through a big process of applying for a birth certificate, then he would need several documentations to prove he was born a certain date and where.
