Am searching for any information on the Stokes family. George STOKES, born Sept. 5, 1843, died June 30, 1892, married to Eliza Jane BUGG, born May 25, 1849, died March 29, 1914. George STOKES had a brother, William STOKES, born July 17, 1845, died April 19, 1910, married Mary Ann BUGG October 18, 1865 in Dorset, England. Both lived in Carroll Co, IA in 1880. George Stokes was killed in Carroll of a railroad accident and buried in Ferguson Cem, Lakeview, Sac Co, IA. William STOKES died in Sioux City, Woodbury Co, IA. Children of both lived in Sac Co, IA.
