Thank you so much for your help. I never would have found Nina in 1860 as Nina V Knight. Can you read the notation next to her name?
I did find her in 1870 and 80 however. Her father was Samuel Biggart born abt 1830. Find a grave has him as being born 1854 the son of Archibald and Caroline Biggart and of course we know that is not correct. I found a Samuel Biggart in Greenfield, Jones, IA in 1856 census and he is named on Nina's marriage record. But nothing after. Her mother, Martha Kane must have died in child birth and the death date on her cemetery stone says 1857 so I know that is wrong also. Nina and her mother are named in Nina's grandmother's Will.
