Helen Olsen Dierenfeld and her husband, William Dierenfeld had six children: Glenn, Elaine, William, Frank, Ruth and Don. Here is an obituary for Glenn which lists his siblings.

Glenn Eldon Dierenfeld, age 85, of Sac City, IA, passed away on Friday, June 17, 2011, at Newell Good Samaritan Center. Glenn was born on March 24, 1926, in Wall Lake, IA, to William, Sr. and Helen (Olsen) Dierenfeld. He graduated from Sac City High School in 1943. After his graduation he was inducted into the United States Army, serving two years, from July 1944 through June 1946. He was awarded the American Theater Campaign Ribbon, European-African-Middle Eastern Campaign Ribbon with two Bronze Stars, Good Conduct Medal and Victory Ribbon. He was a member of the Sac City American Legion and V.F.W. Post. Glenn had always enjoyed working on cars and owned and operated a Sinclair Station in the 60’s; operated an oil distributor; was Park Hotel owner and operator; and ran a gas station in Early and Odebolt.

Survivors include his two sons: Bruce Dierenfeld of Schaller and Martin Dierenfeld of Sac City; and daughter Patricia (Jim) Mangum of Round Rock, TX; two grandchildren: siblings: Frank Dierenfeld of Deep River, IA, Elaine (John) Hubler of Alma, IL, William Dierenfeld, Jr. of Sac City, Ruth (Jim) Brell of Sac City, and Don (Doris) Dierenfeld of Des Moines; and extended family members. Glenn was preceded in death by his parents, William, Sr. and Helen Dierenfeld, son Craig, and sister-in-law Joyce Dierenfeld.

Hannah Nielsen Rogers was born on January 13, 1893 and died on April 29, 1994. She married John James Rogers on November 25, 1911 in Buena Vista County, Iowa. They had six children: Iris, Zora, Richard N., Donald J, Dwight and John Rogers.

I located an obituaries for Dwight Rogers and Zora Rogers Baughman which list the other siblings. Note that Zora's obituary says that she spent her retirement compiling family history.

Dwight Rogers, was born July 8, 1917, Newell, Iowa, to John and Hannah Nielsen Rogers, and grew up in the area and attended Newell schools. He was united in marriage to Mildred Waskom of Newell on February 1, 1943, in Alexandria, Louisiana. To this union two children were born, Steven and Jeanne. Dean served his country during WWII in the US Army in the European Theater and was discharged in January 1946. He spent his life farming in the Newell community and retired in the late 70's. He was preceded in death by his father John J. Rogers, sister-in-law Bernadine Rogers, brother-in-law Owen Turrall, and nephew Jerry Maschino. Dean was a member of the Newell United Methodist Church, American Legion Post 193 and a very active member of the VFW Post 6777. He was an avid sports fan following local as well as national sports. Dean was a great family man, devoted husband, father and grandfather, and especially enjoyed the visits of his many family members. He was much loved by all. Survivors include his wife Mildred, son Steven and wife Sue of Des Moines, daughter Jeanne Hatcher, Council Bluffs and grandson James Hatcher, Kansas City, Missouri. Other survivors include his mother Hannah Rogers of Newell; sisters Iris Rogers Turrall, Jupiter, Florida and Zora Baughman and husband Glenn of Newell; brothers Richard Rogers and wife Edris of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Donald Rogers and wife Elsie of Oxnard, California, and John Rogers and wife Ruth of Austin, Texas and many nieces and nephews and their families.

Zora Baughman, age 92, of Newell, Iowa passed away on July 3, 2006 at the Good Samaritan Center in Newell. Funeral services will be Friday, July 7, 2006 at 10:30 a.m. at the United Methodist Church in Newell, with Pastor David Schumann officiating. Burial will be in the Newell Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of the Fratzke & Jensen Funeral Home in Newell. Friends may call on Thursday, July 6, 2006 from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Fratzke & Jensen Funeral Home in Newell, where the family will be present from 6:00 to 8:00.

Zora was born in rural Newell, to John James and Hannah (Nielsen) Rogers. She grew up on a farm east of Newell. Zora was baptized and confirmed in the Newell Methodist Church and graduated from the Newell School in 1931. She attended University of Commerce in Des Moines and worked as a secretary in the State House in Des Moines.

On May 25, 1935 she was united in marriage to Glenn Baughman of Newell. The marriage was blessed by two children: a daughter, Marjorie and a son, Arvid. Zora was a very busy farm wife but found time for flowers and gardening, church work, 4H, Farm Bureau and caring for elderly family members. After retirement from the farm and moving to town, she spent many hours quilting and compiling family history, scrapbooks and photo albums.

Zora is survived by a daughter, Marjorie Maschino of Garretson, South Dakota and a son, Arvid Baughman and wife, Coleen of Newell; 10 grandchildren, Deanne Finke (Kory), Mike Maschino (Deb), Brad Maschino (Linda), Brian Maschino (Kim), Greg Maschino (Lisa), Arvid Maschino (Michelle), Joleen Sorensen (Dwight), Kristin Baughman, Dean Baughman (Dawn) and Shannon Baughman (Sandy); 17 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; sister, Iris Turrall of Waterford, Michigan; sisters-in-law, Elsie Rogers of Mount Angel, Oregon, Edris Rogers of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Ruth Rogers of Austin, Texas, and Mildred Rogers of Newell. Zora was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years; her parents; her four brothers, Richard, Donald, Dean and John; a son-in-law, Jerry Maschino; and sister-in-law, Bernadine Rogers.
