I found this information in the courthouse in Sac City, Iowa;

Book 2, page 161
John Adam Phillips, age 64-2-3, died February 21,1934 at Sac City, Iowa. He was born in Stevenson County, Illinois. He was married. Died of a malignant hippertenson and advanced heart disease and kidney disease. Buried in Oakland Cemetery in Sac City, IOwa.

Book 2, page 162
Ida Phillips, age 75-1-15, housewife,born in Illinois and died August 24,1939 in Sac City, Iowa. She was a widow. Died of a cerebral hemorraghe. Buried in Oakland Cemetery, Sac City, Iowa.

I didn't find any birth records of any children botn to them in Sac County,Iowa.

I didn't find them on the 1910 Jackson twp., Sac County census.
