1900-1995 / Woodbury / WOLF, LUCKOW

Having difficulty beginning to locate information on Vern Glen Wolf, b. 4 Jun 1900 and his wife, Erma Sophie Luckow, b. 1 Apr 1913, Sioux City, Woodbury,IOWA and d. 25 Apr 1995, Portland, OREGON. They were married in Sious City in 1937 (not yet verified). I found Vern G. Wolf in the 1930 census index and earlier ones, but I do not have Ancestry or other subscription to read the census. Erma is mentioned polssibly in the Iowa State Census Collection, 1836-1925. Further information is sketchy at the least, about them. Vern was full German descent and from a family of 18; Erma was German and Pennsylvania Dutch/Scotish mix from a family of 13 brothers and sisters. She has a record in the SSDI but no sign of Vern. A son of Vern and Erma is my uncle, living in Oregon. He has a half brother and sister but does not recall their names; however, he remembers a cousin Dawayne Johnson (sp?), also from Iowa with the possibility of others still in Iowa. Any information on Vern Glen Wolf and/or his wife, Erma Sophie Luckow, or anyone in this family, will be most appreciated. Thank you.
