J. H. Feldhans Dies
Joseph H. Feldhans, Schaller Theater owner since 1935 died early July 31 at Swallum hospital at Storm Lake where he was a patient six months. Funeral services were held August 4th at 9:30 at St. Joseph Catholic church in Schaller. Mr. Feldhans was born at Pembroke Ontario, Canada. Together with his wife the former Abbie de Neui of Ackley, they owned and operated the Schaller Theater. Prior to moving to Schaller Mr. Feldhans operated theaters in Galva and Odebolt. Mr. Feldhans was a talented musician and until his health failed often was an organist at St. Joseph's Catholic Church.
