OBITUARY ~ CAROL LOUISE (ELLIOTT) WILCOXSON
December 18 ~ October 02, 2017

Carol L. Wilcoxson, 89, formerly of Lamoni, died Wednesday, January 31, 2018 at the Southern Hills Specialty Care Center in Osceola. No public services are to be scheduled. Private burial will be at the Trinity Christian Cemetery near Decatur, Iowa.

Carol Louise (Elliott) Wilcoxson, daughter of Elsie M. (Allman) Elliott and Ora L. Elliott, was born on December 9, 1928 in Blythedale, Missouri. She graduated from Eagleville High School.

In 1947, Carol married Darrel D. Wilcoxson. They made their home in the Lamoni area. Carol worked at Graceland College.

Survivors include her daughter, Pam (husband John) Weber of Creston; three grandchildren, John Todd, John David and Brooke (and their spouses); five great-grandchildren.

Carol was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Darrel in May of 2017, and her brother, Richard Elliott.
