September 16, 1938 ~ March 19, 2017Sue Ann Taff Buckner was born at Leon, Iowa, September 16, 1938 the middle child of Dr. Donald Taff and Viola Still Taff and departed this life March 19, 2017 at Tucson, Arizona.
She married Wayne L. Buckner on December 25, 1961 at the Methodist Church in Mount Ayr. Three children were born to this union: Ben Roy, Lee Ann, and Jennifer Ellen. Sue Ann was a 60 year member of Mount Ayr Chapter, Order of the Eastern Star.
Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Lee Ann Zoller (Dave) of El Paso, Texas and Jennifer Skarat (Justin) of Tucson, Arizona. Grandchildren; Ben and Lauren Zoller; Sydney and Collin Skarat. Sister, Virginia Reynolds of Weldon, Iowa and Brother-In-Law Max Buckner (Joann) of Mount Ayr.
She was proceeded in death by her husband, Wayne; son, Ben; her parents, and Brother-In-Law, Larry Reynolds.
[Interment was made at Rose Hill Cemetery, Mount Ayr, Iowa.]
