OBITUARY ~ ERVEN ELLSTON HECKATHORN
February 27, 1894 ~ April 04, 1965

CALDWELL, Idaho - Services for Erven E. HECKATHRON, 71, 209 Elgin St., Caldwell, who died Sunday at a Boise hospital, will be held at 10:30 a. m. Thursday at the Peckham-Dakan-Davis Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Tom STARR of the First Conservative Baptist Church will officiate. Interment will be a Canyon Hill.

Mr. HECKATHORN was born Feb. 27, 1894, at Ellston, Iowa. He served as a Private with the 395th Field Artililery Unit during World War I. He came to Idaho in 1927 and farmed in the Sunny Slope Community. He married Olivia MEDOI July 13, 1941 at Caldwell.

He was a member of Caldwell Barracks No. 617, Veterans of World War I.

Survivors include his wife; five brothers, Elmer HECKATHRON, Caldwell, Harlie HECKATHORN, Van Wick, Iowa, Leonard HECKATHORN, Fayette, Ark., Millard HECKATHORN, Vale, Ore., and Dewey HECKATHORN, Nampa; and a sister, Mrs. Jessie HENION, Broken Bow, Neb.
