Thursday, June 23, 2011OBITUARY ~ JEANNE LOUISE (McMILLION) THOMPSON
Jeanne Louise THOMPSON, 62,of Dacono, Colorado passed away on June 15, 2011 at her home. She was born on April 26, 1949 in Iowa City, Iowa to Lawrence RINNER and Nellie McMILLON.
She married William THOMPSON on March 15, 1974 in Grant City, Missouri. William and Jeanne moved to Colorado in 1982.
Jeanne owned Jeanne’s Day Care for 10 years. She also enjoyed reading, sewing, needlework and crossword puzzles. She loved to go camping and loved to square dance in her free time.
She is survived by her husband, William, of Dacono, Colorado; children, Michael (Susana) RINNER of Brighton, Colorado and Michelle (Mike) RYAN of Evans,Colorado; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild; her siblings, Mary DILLENBURG of Fremont, Nebraska, Alice Dillenburg of Mount Ayr, Iowa, Ronald (Lori) RINNER of Yale, Iowa, George RINNER of Greenfield, Iowa and Juanita RINNER of Winterset, Iowa; mother-in-law, Elsie Cleone THOMPSON of Mount Ayr, Iowa; brothers-in-law, Donald THOMPSON of Laferia, Texas and Larry (Leta) THOMPSON of Cumberland, Iowa, and sister-in-law, JoAnn (HERMAN) BOOTS of Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
Jeanne is preceded in death by both of her parents and one brother, Freddie RINNER.
A visitation service was held on Monday, June 20, 2011, followed by the funeral service, both at Tabor-Rice Funeral Home in Brighton, Colorado.
