Richard L. Hart, son of John and Mary Hart, was born Jan. 21, 1894 and died in Maloy la., Sept. 2, 1953, age 59 years, 7 months, 11 days. He lived for a number of years south of Clearfield where he attended the Rural school. Farming was his chosen occupation. He is survived by three brothers, Dennis, John and Edward of Maloy; sisters: Elizabeth Hart, and Mrs. Maggie Shay, Maloy; Mrs. Carolyn Shay, Des Moines and Mrs. Helen Pierce, Washington, D. C

Requiem High Mass was held Sept. 5, 9:30 a. m. in the Catholic church, Maloy. Interment in St. Mary's cemetery, Maloy. Services conducted by M. J. Culhane.

Attending the funeral from Clearfield were E. Baxter, Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Newburn and Mr. and Mrs. Joe Newburn.
