Wood, George William -
George William Wood, 72, of Blockton, former resident of Clearfield, died at the Ringgold County hospital at Mt. Ayr at 9:30 p. m. Sunday. Mr. Wood was a retired farmer. Funeral services were at the Methodist Church at Clearfield Tuesday afternoon with burial in the cemetery there.
Surviving are his widow, Minnie; three sons, Harold and Stanley of Blockton and Leonard Wood of Clearfield; three sisters, Mrs. Ida Jenkins of Clearfield, Mrs. Ora Stevenson of Tacoma, Wash.; and Mrs. Blanche Phelan of Lincoln, Neb., and two brothers, Frank Wood of Kent and T. D. Wood of Bedford
