Creston, Union County, IowaOBITUARY - ZETHA BAILEY, Clearfield
CLEARFILD - Zetha BAILEY, 87, of Clearfield died Thursday, June 26, 1986, at the Clearview Nursing Home in Mount Ayr.
Services will be 2 p.m. Sunday at the Clearfield Christian Church. The Rev. Shirely LOCKARD will officiate with burial in the Clearfield Cemetery. Visitation will be from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. Saturday at the Wilson-Watson Funeral Home here. Memorials may be directed to the Clearfield Christian Church.
BAILEY was born March 4, 1899, in Benton to George Marion and Eva Estelle (nee BROWN) GERMAN. She married Wilbur BAILEY in 1920. He preceded her in death in 1962. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include a son, Derlin (wife) Luella BAILEY of Springfield, Ill.; a daughter, Marion (husband William) BALLARD of Burbank, Calif.; three grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and two sisters, Vona LAIRD of Mount Ayr and Jennie (husband) Don) Corneilson of Atlantic.
