Leroy FULLER was born June 10, 1834 in Trumbull county, Ohio. He enlisted in Company C of the 125th Ohio Volunteer Infantry, September 29, 1862 and served with the regiment to the end of the war, being mustered out at Camp Chase, Ohio on October 7, 1865. In civilian life he was a carpenter and farmer. On April 15, 1858 he married Elizabeth MATHANY. The marriage produced five sons: Francis "Frank" FULLER, Burton LeRoy FULLER, Perry Ernest FULLER, Ira Melville FULLER and Homer Austin FULLER.
Mrs. FULLER died October 29, 1905.
In 1884, he moved to Mt. Ayr, Iowa. He died at the home of his son, Burton L. FULLER, in Wichita, Kansas on December 20, 1916.
Interment was made at Rose Hill Cemetery, Mount Ayr.
