November, 1988OBITUARY - MAGEL LOUISE (HAGANS) BRADLEY
Magel Louise BRADLEY, daughter of Albert HAGANS and Elva Rozella JAGGER HAGANS, was born December 14, 1911 in Ringgold County, Iowa. She passed away Saturday, November 5, 1988, at the age of 76 years. Magel had been a resident of Clearview Home in Mount Ayr since March, 1988.
Magel attended and graduated from Mount Ayr High School and has made her home in Mount Ayr for most of her life. She was well known in the area for her work many years ago with Dr. HILL and in later years with the Ringgold Coungy Hospital and Health Services in the Ringgold County area. She was a member of the First Christian church of Mount Ayr.
Magel was preceded in death by her husband, Herb BRADLEY, and companion of many years, Doyle "Nick" TERWILLIGER. Also preceding her in death were her parents; four sisters and two brothers.
She is survived by Norman REYNOLDS and family and marvin REYNOLDS and family, all of Mount Ayr; Sandra and Ed FROST and family of Norwalk; Judith and Dave LOUGHRY and family of Des Moines; Phyllis and Wayland Van DALSEM and family, including her grand-niece, Cynthia KEESLER, of Des Moines; numerous grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
The body was cremated and memorial services were held Tuesday, November 8, 1988 at the Wilson-Watson Funeral home in Mount Ayr, conducted by Rev. Dennis REYNOLDS.
Music was provided by Mike GREENE, Mrs. Gary BICKERS and Mrs. Roger TRULLINGER. Songs used were "Beyond The Sunset" and "In The Garden."
Burial was in the Rose Hill Cemetery at Mount Ayr, Iowa.
