OBITUARY - MARIE (JENSEN) BAGLEY

Marie JENSEN BAGLEY, daughter of Henry and Levenia JENSEN, was born November 16, 1940 in Kellerton, Iowa, and departed this life October 26, 1987 in Martinez, California, at the age of 46 years, 11 months and 10 days. She passed away suddenly after an 11 year battle with Multiple Sclerosis.

She graduated from Kellerton High School in 1959 and was united in marriage to Robert BAGLEY on November 28, 1959. To this union were born four children - Debbie Marie GIBSON, Denice Renae BURCHETT, Darla Michelle and Darren Robert.

After residing in Des Moines for several years, they moved to Oregon. From there they moved to Walnut, California, where Marie's health began to fail her. Then they moved to Pine Bluff, Arkansas where they lived for 4 1/2 years. Then they moved to martinez, California, where she lived the last six years of her life. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

Those who remain to cherish her memory are her husband, Robert, of Martinez, Califorinia; her parents, Henry and Levenia JENSEN of Kellerton; two brothers, Harold of Des Moines and Larry of Greer, South Carolina; her children: Debbie and Gary GIBSON of Weatherford, Texas; Denice and Wesley BURCHETT of Concord, California; Darla BAGLEY of Walnut Creek California; and Darren BAGLEY of Martinez, California; three grandson, Garrett and Jeremiah GIBSON and Scott BURCHETT, and other relatives and friends.

Funeral services were held October 30, 1987 from the Wilson-Watson Funeral Home in Mount Ayr, Iowa, conducted by Rev. Douglas HARDING. Music was provided by Jane THOMAS and Arlen HUGHES.

Casketbearers were Glen PAYTON, Monte AKERS, Dean FUGATE, LeRoy KASTER, Ernest MERCER and Richard JACKSON.

Burial was in Maple Row Cemetery at Kellerton, Iowa.
