OBITUARY - JUDY (SKALA) ROTHMAN-DRAKE

Judy ROTHMAN-DRAKE, 63, of Mount Ayr, died August 14, 2004.

Services will be 2 p.m. Thursday, August 19, at Hamilton's near Highland Memory Gardens, 121 N.W. 60th Ave., Des Moines. Burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens. There will be family visitation 1 p.m. until time of service Thursday at the funeral home. Memorials will be established in her name.

Mrs. ROTHMAN-DRAKE, daughter of Ray and Geraldine SKALA, was born April 11, 1941, in Des Moines. She was a floral designer at Forget Me Not Flowers and Gifts in Mount Ayr.

Survivors include her husband, Richard DRAKE; five children, Diane (STIGERS) Emrad, Donald ROTHMAN, Debbie ROTHMAN, Lewis ROTHMAN III and Bernie ROTHMAN; 25 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; four stepchildren, Larry DRAKE, Eric DRAKE, Karen CURTISS and Sandy IZER; two sisters, JoAnn BAILEY, Martha E. TROSTER and two brothers, Jerry Ray SKALA and Douglas SKALA.

She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Lewis ROTHMAN Jr., and a sister, Carol Lynn MULINIX.
