NOTICE of DEATH.

--We learn from our old friend A. GOODELL of the death of T. J. RICE, a neighbor of his, near Wirt. He died on the 16th and had been sick but a few days.

NOTE: Thomas J. RICE was born February 4, 1824, and died September 16, 1885 with interment at Oliver Cemetery near Ellston, Ringgold County, Iowa.
