OBITUARY - W. E. REYNOLDS.

William Elmer REYNOLDS, son of A. L. and Rachel REYNOLDS, was born near Tingley, Iowa, December 8, 1882, and grew to manhood in Ringgold county. At Mount Ayr, April 24, 1907, he was united in marriage to Miss Merlin GIBSON. To this union were born five children, Edna, Cecil, Tresa, Russell and William.

He was converted to the cause of christianity and joined the M. E. church at Hermix, Mo. After coming to Tingley he had never affiliated with any church, but continued to live a moral and upright life. He was a hard and faithful worker, always taking to heart the interest of his employer.

Beside his wife and children he leaves to mourn his father and mother, brother Burris REYNOLDS, of Mount Ayr, Iowa, one sister Mrs. Maude ANDERSON, of Chariton, Iowa.

Funeral services were held Thursday afternoon at 1:30 from the M. E. church by Rev. P. D. KLINE and the body was taken to Mount Ayr for burial [Rose Hill Cemetery].
