OBITUARY - EARL REYNOLDS, Jr.

Earl REYNOLDS, Jr. was born August 11, 1924 at St. Joseph, MO to Earl T. & Opal (POTTROFF) REYNOLDS. Junior, as he was known, served his country in the U.S. Army during World War II. On November 23, 1946, he married Fern CORLL in Troy, KS.

Junior died July 9, 2007 at the Ringgold County Hospital in Mount Ayr.

Junior was preceded in death by his parents; his wife Fern on November 9, 1993; 5 brothers-in-law and 2 sisters-in-law.

Survivors include his siblings Olive DAVIS of Mount Ayr, Marvin REYNOLDS & friend Sheryl of Sedalia, MO, Mildred (Paul) DRAKE of Mount Ayr, Lila (Jim) OVERHOLTZER of Mount Ayr, Lou (Steve) CHURCH of Lee's Summitt, MO, and Betty (Cecil) Davenport of Mount Ayr; sisters-in-law Lola TERWILLIGER & Nola (Wilbur) LANDPHAIR and a brother-in-law Lester CORLL, all of Mount Ayr; nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.

Services were held Thursday, July 12, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. from First Christian Church of Mount Ayr, Iowa.
