NOTICE of DEATH.

Died - At the residence of her parents, Sept. 28th 1882, Miss Ada Grant EWAN, daughter of C[hristian] and E[lizabeth] S. EWAN, in the 14th year of her age.

Ida (sic) was born in Ringgold county, Feb. 3d 1869. She was a very kind and effectionate girl, and a general favorite with her schoolmates. Her death occurred about two months previous to her mother's and we hope after the short separation, mother and daughter may have a happy reunion in that land where parting is no more. -P.A.

The funeral services of both mother and daughter were conducted by the Elder ANDREWS, pastor of the Baptist Church, from the house of the [mother].

NOTE: Ada Grant EWAN was born on February 3, 1869 and was interred at Rose Hill Cemetery, Mount Ayr, Iowa. Her mother, Elizabeth S. EWAN died on November 30, 1882 with interment at Rose Hill Cemetery, Mount Ayr, Iowa.
