WILLIAM JOHN and RUTH IRENE (COWELL) BUCK

William John BUCK was born December 28, 1898, Mount Ayr, Ringgold County, Iowa, the son of Robert Millican and Luella Martha (ASHENHURST) BUCK. He married Ruth Irene COWELL on March 24, 1921, Benton, Ringgold County, Iowa. WIlliam and Ruth were the parents of four sons, Paul Robert, William John Jr., Ralph Boyd, and Max Jerry BUCK. William John BUCK died on July 19, 1977, Mount Ayr and was interred at Rose Hill Cemetery, Mount Ayr, Ringgold County, Iowa.

Ruth Irene COWEN was born March 20, 1902, Ringgold County, Iowa, the daughter of Jair Willard and Rosa Nell (THARP) COWELL. She died March 30, 1993, Mount Ayr, and was interred at Rose Hill Cemetery, Iowa.
