1881 Marriage

On May 2, 1881 James A. J. "Jack" Lemley married Elizabeth A. "Lizzy" [-?-] in Montezuma, Poweshiek County, IA. This information is from Lizzie's obituary in a Kansas newspaper in 1942. Can anyone help me determine her maiden name? She was born in Cambridge, Henry County, IL and I do not know why she was married in Iowa unless she had family there. Jack Lemley's family was from Greene County, PA. Are there newspapers for the time that might list the marriage or any other local records? Thank you for any help!
