looking for friends sister

My friend Tina was adopted in 1961 and moved to az. She found out she had a sister in(we think) in Grinnell. The sister had a heart condition and wants to know if she lived or not. All we have is a last name of Carmer.We know they still live around there( the Carmer family) She would of been born around 1965 or so. Thank you carmen davenport
