History of old glove factory

Can someone tell me how to find out more about the old glove factory in Grinnell,Iowa?
My aunt Lois Munford worked there in 1940,and I am sure more relatives did too,but don`t know who.
Would love to see old advertisements of it or advertised in the old city directories.
When did it close down?
