Looking for more decendent information on Green family who lived in Poweshiek Co., Iowa. Arthur Green: son of William Green and Eliza Beckett of Ireland,who married Elizabeth Luker, born Allegheny city(Pittsburgh)died 1889, Iowa(probably Dayton Twp, Iowa Co., Iowa),this marriage resulted birth of nine children: James L., carpenter at Deep River,Iowa(buried at Golden Rod Cemetery (&son Wesley); Rachel Matilda, wife of D. C. Little, a carpenter,Summit,PA; John R. a carpenter of Grinnell, Iowa;
Wesley L., deceased; Elizabeth Annabelle, wife of Charles Wessels, superintendent of the Grinnell Agricultural works, at Grinnell, Iowa(Buried at Hazelwood aka Grinnell cemetery); Angeline Frances, wife of Finley Glendennin, also of Grinnell; Mary Catherine, wife of John Brown, of Graham county, Kansas; and Henry W., deceased. Arthur went back to PA., after Elizabeth died, 1889, remarried,
died in Cambria Co., PA. in 1924.
