I'd like to know more about John M. Carney, who came to Poweshiek County with his father, mother and two siblings in 1854, served with the 4th Iowa Cavalry Volunteers, married Lizzie Bliss in Grinnell, moved to Gilman, Marshall County.
Lizzie Bliss is buried in Hazelwood Cemetery. Who were her parents? Did she have siblings?
