EMMA DUSIL HELLER

Emma Dusil Heller of Ladora died May 20, 1989, at the Margengo Memorial Hospital extended care unit following a long illness. She was 97.

On September 2, 1914, she was united in marriage to Lloyd Wright Heller of Ladora. They were the parents of eight children.

Emma is survived by five sons: Ernest of Ladora, Elvin of Bemidji, Minn., Wesley of Marengo, George of Marengo, and Frank of Lostine, Ore.; one daughter, Mrs. Elbert (Alice) Morton of Guernsey; 16 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd, a daughter Mary Elizabeth, a son, Lloyd Junior, seven brothers and sisters.

Services were held at the Hoover-Valentine Funeral Home at Marengo at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, May 24, with the Rev. Robert Barrick of the Koszta Church officiating. Burial was in the Koszta cemetery.

Two solos, "The Old Rugged Cross" and "In the Garden," were sung by Rick Gates with Mrs. Valentine at the piano.

Casket Bearers were grandsons Steve Heller, Dion Heller, Russell Heller, Richard Heller, Tom Morton and Jim Morton.
