WORD IS RECEIVED
OF DEATH IN CANADA
OF W.A. MCILRATH

Word has been received of the death Saturday evening of W.A. McIlrath in Radville, Saskatchewan, Canada.

Mr. McIlrath was a brother of T.H. McIlrath and Miss Hannah McIlrath of Grinnell, Mrs. S.E. Parker of Gilman and George D. McIlrath of Kansas City, Mo.

The body will be brought to Grinnell but funeral arrangements have not yet been made. Friends may call the James Funeral home later in the week for information.

FUNERAL SERVICES
FOR WM. MCILRATH
WILL BE HELD FRIDAY

Funeral services for William A. McIlrath, who passed away in Radville, Saskatchewan, will be held Friday afternoon, March 24, at 2:30 p.m. from the home of Hannah McIlrath on West street. Dr. W.E. (Fant)? of St. Paul, Minn., will be in charge with interment in Graceland cemetery at Laurel. Pallbearers will be nephews: Roy McIlrath of Radville, Canada, Kenneth of Newton, Hazen of Laurel, Hugh and Thomas of Montezuma, and Robert of Kansas City.

Mr. McIlrath attended Grinnell College and graduated in the class of 1905. He took Horace Greeley's advice and went west and then to Canada which has been his home ever since. At the time of his death he was successfully operating a chain of lumber businesses.
