TYLER HILSABECK, 22

Tyler Hilsabeck, 22, of Des Moines, died at his home unexpectedly on Wednesday afternoon, Nov. 17, 2004

His funeral service was Monday, Nov. 22, at Mason Funeral Home, Pleasantville, with the Rev. John Claussen of the Christian Church, Pleasantville, officiating. Family interment occurred at the Jackson Township Cemetery, Montezuma.

Pallbearers were Blake Hilsabeck, Brett Lyon, Josh Blackford, Jeremy Phillips, Zack Clark, Andrew Clark and Elliott Mann.

Tyler was born Dec. 10, 1981, in Des Moines, the son of Dick and Konny (Mann) Hilsabeck. Tyler enjoyed camping, boating, country music and spending time with his family and friends.

He is survived by his parents, Konny Hilsabeck of Knoxville, and Dick Hilsabeck of Pleasantville; a brother, Blake (and Stephanie Hilsabeck), and niece, Kamryn, of Pleasantville; his maternal great-grandmother, Mae Watts, of Montezuma; his maternal grandparents, Charles and Phyllis Mann of Carlisle; is paternal grandmother, Thelma Hilsabeck of Pleasantville, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Tyler was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Billy Hilsabeck.

Memorial contributions in his name may be made to Easter Seals, Camp Sunnyside.
