SERVICES AT VICTOR FOR MRS. JAMES MCMURRAY

Mrs. James McMurray, sister of C.O. McAninch of Victor, died in Cedar Rapids, Thursday night August 15th. Born in Morrow county, Ohio, on October 15, 1867, she was the daughter of James and Phoebe McAninch. At the time of her death, she had attained the age of 72 years and 10 months. For about 40 years she and her husband lived in Cedar Rapids. The couple spent about a year in Victor a few years ago. Survivors include her husband, one sister, Mrs. Ella Helm of Grinnell, two brothers, C.O. McAninch, Victor, and A.M. McAninch of Brooklyn, and one-half brother, Oliver Simmerson of Waterloo. Rev. J.J. Pritchard conducted funeral services at the McAninch funeral home, Sunday afternoon, and burial was made here. Organ music was played during the services. Pallbearers were C.O. McAninch, A.M. McAninch, C.D. McAninch, Dr. John McAninch, Elmer McAninch and harry McAninch.
