LAST RITES FOR
CLAIR ROBISON
SET TOMORROW

Funeral services for Clair Robison, well-known Grinnell businessman and farmer, will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 7, at the Smith Funeral Home.

Robison, 49, died Friday morning at the University Hospitals in Iowa City after a lingering illness. He was known in Grinnell through his association with the Robison Brothers Construction Company.

Clair Robison was born Dec. 29, 1907, in Richland Township, to Arthur V. and Julia Robison. He lived in Jasper County all his life, in Newton and on the farm.

Two brothers preceded him in death. They were Glen and Willis.

Robison is survived by his wife, the former Doris Caylor; three daughters, Mrs. Lyle Muckler (Saundra), Jacqueline and Lynda; two brothers, Howe of Adel and Willard of Grinnell; and one grandson.

Rev. John E. DeLong will be in charge of the services and burial will be at Hazelwood Cemetery.

The pallbearers will be Carl Ahrens, Claude Ahrens, Harvey Parker, Hollis Parmley, Bernard Young and Robert Wichman.

Mr. and Mrs. Ed Bohstedt will furnish the music.
