JAMES SCOVEL FUNERAL
HELD TUESDAY IN ADEL

Funeral services for James E. Scovel, 65, formerly of Montezuma, were held Tuesday afternoon in Adel, Iowa.

Mr. Scovel died Saturday at the Iowa Methodist Hospital in Des Moines, where he had been a patient the past three weeks. For the last 15 years he had been in the abstracting and real estate business in Adel.

He is survived by his wife, Hazel, and one son, Major James L. Scovel with the Army in Viet Nam, and five grandchildren.
