Funeral services for Stanley Vogel will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday from the James-Schalinske Funeral Home with the Rev. L.H. Streich, pastor of St. John's Lutheran church, officiating. Interment will be in Westfield cemetery.
The son of Mr. and Mrs. Victor Vogel, he was born Apr. 12th, 1937, at Des Moines. He attended the Malcom schools and was a graduate of Brooklyn high school.
On Dec. 3rd, 1961, he was united in marriage with Donna Lee See at the Little Brown Church at Nashua, Iowa. Following their marriage they made their home in Grinnell.
Mr. Vogel was employed by the Des Moines Co-Op Dairy of Brooklyn.
He had served as president of the Poweshiek County Young Democrats and was also interested in all sports.
Survivors include his wife; a son, Marion Eugene; his parents; and one brother, Joseph.
