OLDEST RESIDENT OF
MONTEZUMA DIES

John McDonald, who had been ailing for the past few months, died at his home Monday night at 8:30. He was 93 years old and had lived six months towards his 94h birthday. Mr. McDonald was the oldest resident of the city and enjoyed the respect of the entire community. He was well and able to transact business up until his fall which resulted in a broken hip.--Montezuma Republican.
