MICHAEL MULLIGAN

Michael Mulligan, a former well known farmer of Sheridan township, and since 1903 a resident of Tama, died on Monday afternoon at the advanced age of 80 years. He had been a paralytic for the past ten years, and as his wife died many years ago, during his infirmity he had made his home with his two children, Margaret and George.

Mr. Mulligan was the father of Mrs. Sam Mitchell of Grinnell, who died a few years ago.

Funeral services were held at Tama, in St. Patrick's church on Wednesday morning at ten o'clock, conducted by Rev. T.F. O'Brien. Burial was in the Catholic cemetery.

Samuel Mitchell and children, Agnes, Hugh, Mildred and Lyle, of Grinnell, were present at the funeral.
