MRS. LUCY A. THOMPSON

The body of Mrs. Lucy A. Thompson, who made her home in Grinnell many years ago was brought to Grinnell yesterday to rest beside that of her *husband in Hazelwood cemetery. Services at the grave were in charge of Rev. Robert Lincoln. Mrs. Thompson died in Kansas City on Tuesday last, aged 85 years. Death was due to chronic bronchitis.

Mrs. Thompson is survived by two daughters, one of whom, Mrs. George Farr, lives in Grinnell while the other, Martha A. Thompson, accompanied her mother's body from Kansas City.

Mrs. Thompson was Lucy Hoyt before her marriage.
