RITES HELD FOR
MRS. JOHNSTON

Mrs. Grace K. Johnston, 73, formerly of Grinnell, died May 24 in Dixon, Ill.

Funeral services were held at the Chapel Hill Funeral Home, with burial at Hillside Cemetery, Sheffield, Iowa.

The daughter of Louis and Mary Kesl Kutish, she was born Dec. 5, 1901, in Grinnell. She was married to Charles F. Johnston in 1929.

Mrs. Johnston was a graduate of Grinnell College.

Survivors include her husband; two sons, Frederic K. and Richard L.; a daughter, Mrs. Jacques (Jeanne) Vaillant of Vientiane, Laos; and three grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two sisters.
