The Malcom (IA) Leader

Lester Edward McDonald was born at Malcom, Iowa, July 27, 1913 and lived with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Nelson McDonald until he was taken sick with influenza and died December 15, 1918. He leaves a mother, father, two brothers and one sister, one grandfather and two grandmothers besides many friends to mourn his death. A short life is ended, a form we loved leaves a vacancy that never can be replaced.--Leader.
