ARTHUR NEWTON, 79,
DIES IN CALIFORNIA

Arthur H. Newton,79, former Grinnell resident, died at his home in Pasadena, Calif., on March 26 following a stroke.

While in Grinnell, he was associated with the Armentrout Blacksmith Shop.

Funeral arrangements were still pending when notification of the death was received here.

Mr. Newton is a brother-in-law of Will Foster, Route 1, Grinnell.
