PHOEBE ISENHART,
FORMER RESIDENT,
DIES IN CALIFORNIA

Mrs. Millard (Phoebe) Isenhart, 69, former Grinnell resident, died Tuesday morning at Pasadena, Calif., where she had made her home for the past 20 years.

Funeral services are pending at the Estel-Perrin funeral home in Marshalltown.

Born in Victor on May 16, 1894, she was the daughter of David and Phoebe Holmes. When she was a child, the family moved to Grinnell where she received her education.

In 1930, she was united in marriage with Millard Isenhart and they lived in Marshalltown a number of years before moving to California.

Survivors include a son, David of Pasadena; a grandson, Mark; and a sister, Mrs. Tom Carter of Marshalltown.
