VERNE SELLE DIES
IN WASHINGTON, D.C.

Word has been received in Grinnell of the death of Verne B. Selle in Washington, D.C., Feb. 10.

Verne lived in the Westfield neighborhood during the early years of his life, and graduated from Grinnell high school and Grinnell college, where he received a B.A. degree.

Later he received his Ph.D. in law from a Chicago law school, and practiced his profession there for some time.

The deceased was the son of Lew and Cora Selle.
