RUTH COX

Ruth Scandrett Cox, 73, formerly of Grinnell, died June 24 in Vancouver, Wash.

The body was cremated.

Memorials in Mrs. Cox's name may be made to Dornbecker (Doernbecher) Children's Hospital, Portland, Ore.

Surviving are four children, Mrs. Wayne Baley and Mrs. Gordon Aegerter, both of Gresham, Ore.; and Michael and Roderick, both of Vancouver; 10 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two brothers, Robert of Fullerton, Texas, and Dean of San Antonio, Texas; and one sister, Marjorie Scandrett of Gresham.
