JULIA CLARK RUGGLES

On Sunday morning, Jan. 22, Mrs. Julia C. Ruggles, at her home in Walters, Oklahoma, died very suddenly, with no warning, of neuralgia of the heart.

She was the daughter of Mr. T.B. Clark whom some of the older residents of Grinnell may remember. She is survived by two brothers, Eli P. Clark of Los Angeles, Calif., Chas. S. Clark of Hobart, Okla., four sisters, Mrs. Lucy Clark Bennett of Warsaw, Ind.; Hattie F. Adams, of Prescott, Ariz.; Estella M. Stuntz, wife of Bishop Stuntz, of Omaha, Neb., and Mary I. Kidder of Coffeyville, Kan. This family all at one time lived in Grinnell. She also leaves a husband, Judge Wm. A Ruggles, four sons and one daughter and several grandchildren who deeply mourn her death.

She was a devoted conscientious member of the Presbyterian church; active in the Missionary societies and Sunday school, where she will be greatly missed.
