Adams, Mrs. Sarah of Montezuma, IA passed her 90th birthday on Feb 22, 1921, came to Montezuma with her husband from IN. Her husband, C. J. Adams, Veteran of the Mexican War of 1850. When the town of Grinnell, IA was established and had a post office he was made post-master by Pres. James Buchanan and lived in Grinnell for his term of office. Mrs. Adams d. in 1881.
