PAUL KRUMM

Funeral services for Krumm will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday from the Newburg Congregational church. Burial will be in Westfield cemetery. Friends may call at the Smith Funeral Home.

Born April 3, 1914, in the Westfield neighborhood, he was the son of Henry and Katharina Mathes Krumm. He attended the local schools near the family home in the Westfield community.

On Sept. 6, 1942, at Grinnell, he was united in marriage with Doris Losey and to this union two children were born: Paul Losey Krumm of Chicago, Ill., and Karen Marie Krumm of the family home.

Krumm had farmed in the Newburg area for the last 23 years and was a member of the Westfield and Chester Royal Granges for many years.

He is survived by his widow, Doris; two children; one sister, Mrs. Carl (Katherine) McDowell of Grinnell; and eight brothers--Valentine of Rockville, Ind., Jake, Adolph, Henry, and Dave of Grinnell, Rudolph of Gilman, Marion of Gibson, and John of Brooklyn.

Preceding him in death were his parents and two brothers, Phillip and Jasper Krumm.
