FORMER RESIDENT
DIES IN DES MOINES

Harry A. Fry, a former resident of Grinnell, died Saturday at the Veterans Hospital in Des Moines following a stroke. He was a resident of 1421 Idaho Street in Des Moines at the time of his death. He had been ill for six years.

The deceased resided in Grinnell until about 10 years ago, when he moved to Des Moines. He was born here. Fry was a retired farmer.

Surviving are his widow Faye, and a sister, Mrs. Dorotha McCaffre of Newton.

Funeral services will be held in Des Moines Tuesday at 9 a.m. at Hamilton's funeral home. Burial will be in Friends cemetery at New Sharon.
